About Connor O'Brien
Connor O'Brien is a nonpartisan candidate for Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in single member district 3C08 (Cleveland Park, Woodley Park and Massachusetts Avenue Heights) in the November 3, 2026 election. O'Brien came to DC in 2012 to study International Relations at American University, taught high school English in Ukraine as a Peace Corps volunteer and attended graduate school at Johns Hopkins SAIS. O'Brien works for a charity that leads humanitarian aid convoys into Ukraine and co-founded the Polonne Sunflower Garden on Wisconsin Avenue.
