About David Bell
David Bell is a candidate for the Corte Madera Town Council in the November 3, 2026 election. An environmental engineer, he worked most recently as an Environmental Engineer with the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center and spent more than 20 years working with California environmental laws and regulations. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. He serves on the Town of Corte Madera Flood Control Board and the Town Beautification Committee, and has lived in Corte Madera for 18 years.
