Eddy has served as Burbank’s Transportation Commissioner and is finishing his Masters Degree in Urban Planning. He has a pragmatic approach to making it easier to apply existing state laws to housing, and better knit together the different neighborhoods of Burbank into an even more vibrant city.
About Eddy Polon
Eddy Polon is a candidate for Burbank City Council in the November 3, 2026 general election. A housing advocate, he serves on the Burbank Transportation Commission, now in his second term as a commissioner. He wrote and produced television and interactive game shows including Tic Tac Dough, Jeopardy! Online and You Win Live. He and his wife Emily bought Continental Kosher Bakery in 2003 and ran it for 18 years. They have lived in Burbank since 1991 and raised two children who attended Burbank's public schools.
