About Robert Sandoval
Robert Sandoval is a candidate for San Rafael City Council, District 3, in the November 3, 2026 election. A lawyer, he is a former California Deputy Attorney General. He serves on the Marin County Planning Commission and has chaired the San Rafael Park & Recreation Commission, served on the San Rafael Public Art Review Board, and is a director of the Point San Pedro Road Coalition. Born and raised in California, Sandoval lives in San Rafael with his wife, Linda, and their two children.
