Running for Councilmember, Alameda City Council, in Alameda, CA
Tyler Savage brings a climate and clean-tech background to a council that needs it. He served four years on the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement Board, worked in energy and environmental policy at a clean-tech startup, and trained as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs. His top priority for Alameda Point is to find a path forward for housing development with real urgency, calling it a once-in-a-generation opportunity. He is a strong voice for safe streets and the bike network the city has built to more than 60 miles, and he backs a balanced transportation plan so people can actually live here without depending on a car. Housing and climate are the same fight in Alameda, and Tyler gets that. For these reasons, we're happy to support Tyler for Alameda City Council.
